The Ministry of Sin are a white supremacist hate gang based in New York City. The gang is led by Wilhelm Dekker, former leader of a South African white supremacist group.
Early in the story, the gang takes over a New York subway station and begin taking hostages. The Shop suspected the incident was related to Dekkers' plans to retaliate against the UN, as the subway stations were located next to the UN building. They get weapons shipments from Sergei Dekker.
Most of them are dressed in neo-nazi and skinhead clothing.
