Meatwagon is an African terrorist organization that stretches from Uganda to Sudan. They used a train to deliver the nuke through Uganda under the protection of a helicopter but the plan was thwarted by John Mullins that defused and destroyed the cargo along with train. The main installation of the Meatwagon is a disguised slaughterhouse in Kordofan, Sudan that serves as an underground missile factory. Their objective to to overthrow the government of Sudan. They also end up selling a missile to the Order.
